By using our Services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully. Additional terms may be relevant to specific Services offered on the Site, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with Crittenden if you use those Services.

Subject to these Terms of Service, Crittenden grants members and subscribers who are authorized to use the Site permission to access the Site and view the Content solely for your individual, non-commercial use, limited to:

b. print a single copy for internal use or filing;

c. attach an article to court filings.

Crittenden respects the copyrights of others and expects its users to do the same. 3.1 Account Registration and Fees

Use of portions of the Site may require that you establish an account and/or pay a fee. To establish your account you will be required to provide an email address and other personal information. This information must be accurate and current. In addition, you will either create a password or be given a password to your account. You will have the ability to change your password at any time. It is your responsibility to keep your log-in credentials (user name and password) confidential.

Your account is for your personal use only. Your rights are conditioned upon no sharing your log in credentials with anyone. You cannot use another person’s log in credentials to use this Site. Each account is designed to allow use by a maximum of two separate computers. We reserve the right to collect information to identify a computer that accesses the Site to monitor compliance with this limitation.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including, without limitation, breach or assignment of these Terms of Service. This is in addition to all other rights or remedies.

5.1 Information We Collect

This information is not linked to personally identifiable information. Crittenden has put into place security measures to protect personal information you have provided to us online from loss, misuse or alteration while it is under our control. Access to your information is restricted and only those Crittenden employees who need this information are granted access. The only instances that we would disclose your information (name address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) are under legal subpoena, to verify billing information with the your financial institution or credit card fraud detection. Crittenden regularly reviews its web security and privacy practices to protect your information. Employees are kept up-to-date on these security and privacy policies. Crittenden may supply the names and address of customers who have registered for a conference to other conference attendees or exhibitors. We make this information available to facilitate networking among conference participants.
